French name in English - opinion needed

Our beautiful baby boy was born yesterday and we are hesitating between 2 names both French: Noé and Téo. We have a preference for Noé but we are wondering how it would be prounounced in the UK. Anyone has any experience with this name please?

Just so you know, my understanding is that in the UK you can’t have “é” on a passport it would become “e”. I had to spell one of my middle names differently for that reason when got my passport delivered

Also typically in French the second name would most commonly be spelled this way “Théo”
