Omg I’m just thinking about that when holding my boob bernacle 🤣 I was exercising regularly before pregnancy and on the beginning, 7 weeks pp so same as you and I’ll try to find an hour to start this week! I’ll use smaller weights for sure just to see how my body is reacting- I had vaginal delivery 4160g baby and 3rd degree tear however feeling fine and ready!

Being really ill

I’m 36 weeks and I’ve been feeling shocked ill recently and I’ve been told that it could be a sign of my body getting ready for labor but I’m unsure if anyone who’s had a similar experience at all could give me some advice that would be great

Just got my daughter evaluated

I just got my daughter evaluated and results came back. I always thought I knew what it is and I am strong, an evaluation doesn’t change anything between me and my daughter . But still reading the report that she is on spectrum just made me cry today.

Pregnancy pillows

Hey ladies! Does anyone have any good recommendations for pregnancy pillows? I just got a basic V-shape one last time but I don’t recall it helping all that much..

TIA 🤍

Anyone Else in Their Third Trimester? 👶

Lately I've been balancing baby prep, everyday life, and trying to remember to slow down and rest. Some days I feel super productive, and other days I just want a nap. 😂
What's been your biggest challenge or favorite part of the third trimester?

How to survive the first trimester

Hi everyone,

I’m pregnant (only 7 weeks but feeling it big time) and I work in a hospital. My job is quite physically and mentally demanding. I have a toddler at home with very limited support network.

Everyday, I feel extremely exhausted. And it’s killed my appetite as every time I think of food, I feel nauseous. Even when I’m not thinking about food, I’m nauseous. I haven’t thrown up so far but I feel sick all the time.

How did people survive their first trimester? I’m thinking of taking annual leave but I don’t have much left. I can’t call in sick because I feel like my employer will just fire me.
