32 weeks

I’m 32 weeks and so so exhausted is this normal? I feel like I can’t do anything resting makes me feel guilty! I’ve also seen stars in the corner of my eyes once today and twice yesterday only for a split second is that cause for concern?

I felt like that and was low iron? Could be worth getting checked?

Same, same, same. And the stars for me are like when I had been kneeling for a while then stand up abruptly. I'm on iron supplements and also know I need to drink more water 😅

I've noticed I'm eating less too! And I'm not really sure if I really do see a difference with the iron pills since I'm on a low dose (27 mg) due to constipation on the 65 mg ones.

Help! I’m being induced on Monday 😭. This is making me more stressed than the impending labour!

6-8 Week appointment

Hey everyone,

I’ve just had my 6–8 week postnatal appointment after a vaginal birth, and I’m a bit surprised that there wasn’t really any physical check to see how everything had healed.

My appointment seemed to focus mostly on baby, with only a few questions about how I was feeling.

Just wondering what other people’s experiences were and whether this is normal. Thanks 😊

Best outing for a first birthday

I am thinking rather than putting on a gathering party my little one would rather have an adventure, I am posting distances from us as this should be a factor in the poll, and his birthday is in August

National 3 Peaks - 6 weeks pregnant

I have been training for the national 3 peaks for a friend with cancer with my husband, my dad and a few friends. I found out I was pregnant last weekend and not sure if this should affect my plans. I am still managing runs, however I definitely get a little more tired than usual. Fitness is good but don’t want to do anything irresponsible. Any suggestions or if anyone has completed something similar?

C section

Is anyone else’s c section booked for this week? I have mine Wednesday. Just thought I’d see how you’re all feeling if anyone

2 under 2 c section healing limited support

I’m about to have a newborn and a 17 month old. I’m having a repeat c section and my husband works 70 hours a week so I’m a lone alllll the time. We have no family support and can’t afford a nanny or help because we live paycheck to paycheck as it is. My question is, does anyone have any tips on how to handle the toddler and newborn while also healing from c section? Eg how will I load and unload the 17 month old into the car seat and put when I’m not even able to lift over 10 lbs for 6 weeks. I’m really getting stressed about the logistics of everything.
