Can anyone think of a compromise or name that might fit both tastes?? 😭

I like a mix of both of yours! I like Rupert, Evan, Gabriel and ronnie out of your choices

For me, I like Arthur, ares, Xavier, Xander, August and we have decided to name our son Blaise 💙

What I would do is take all the names and put his in a hat and put all of yours in a separate hat mix them up and you pick one name out of his hat and he pick one name out of your hat and put them together one name would be the first name and the other name would be his middle name

Nickname for a girl

I’m pregnant with a little girl and have decided on Aurora for her name
I’d like a nickname for her and have seen the most common nickname for Aurora is Rory

However, our surname starts with Ri (same sound as in River)… so I’m thinking that Rory River might be some sort of tongue twist or sound weird

Am I overthinking it? Are there any other nicknames that don’t end in “ry”?

I’m having a boy in November and struggling for names!

We like Reuben, Oscar and Rudy. Rudy is a bit rogue though, so a compromise is Reuben with the nickname to be possibly Rudy?

Walking

Does the walking actually help?
I'm due in 2 days and I'm in so much pain but I was going to go on a long walk to try help get things going/moving.
Is there any point? Or am I just putting myself in more pain for no reason?
As of right now I'm barely having any braxton hicks, no mucus plug loss and no other 'signs' other than some on and off period like cramps (dull aches in the bottom of my tummy) over last few days.
Feeling really disheartened, I just want to squish my baby 🥲 x

Baby names

I’m 28 weeks pregnant and we aren’t finding out the gender of our baby until birth, however… we are struggling for boys names… I just hate 90% of the boys names I’ve looked at and the other 10% of names I do like, me and my partner disagree with and have different opinions on….. we have about 5 strong options that we both love for girls but knowing my luck I’ll end up with a boy and no name for him 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 any suggestions??? I love quirky names but not insanely different where people will struggle with pronunciations or spellings…. And I do like some cottagecore style names… however I feel like I see the same old same old everywhere 😭😭😭
