C section

Anyone that’s had a c section, I feel like I still don’t have the full ability to know when I need to go for a wee and I’m having to go to the toilet and see if I need a wee, and then I do. Is anyone else like this? 5 weeks pp

I had one ten days ago and the midwife said it's normal and the nerves will have been cut during the operation but will grow back soon

I have been having this issue, I am 4 weeks post op tomorrow and it finally feels like sensation is starting to return!

3 weeks PP and it is starting to come back to me slowly!

3 weeks PP and I’m starting to get some sensation back. But when it happens, my bladder is literally about to pop, but I only get a small urge to wee.

Nickname for a girl

I’m pregnant with a little girl and have decided on Aurora for her name
I’d like a nickname for her and have seen the most common nickname for Aurora is Rory

However, our surname starts with Ri (same sound as in River)… so I’m thinking that Rory River might be some sort of tongue twist or sound weird

Am I overthinking it? Are there any other nicknames that don’t end in “ry”?

I’m having a boy in November and struggling for names!

We like Reuben, Oscar and Rudy. Rudy is a bit rogue though, so a compromise is Reuben with the nickname to be possibly Rudy?

Walking

Does the walking actually help?
I'm due in 2 days and I'm in so much pain but I was going to go on a long walk to try help get things going/moving.
Is there any point? Or am I just putting myself in more pain for no reason?
As of right now I'm barely having any braxton hicks, no mucus plug loss and no other 'signs' other than some on and off period like cramps (dull aches in the bottom of my tummy) over last few days.
Feeling really disheartened, I just want to squish my baby 🥲 x
