39 weeks - pressure down below

Hi ladies what was everyone’s first early labour signs I’ve been having an extreme pressure down below since yesterday to the point it’s aching and my hips are hurting.. I keep thinking my waters are going to break due to the pressure soon

I’ve been feeling like this for about a week. At my midwife appointment today she said the baby’s head is reeeeallly low so I guess that’s why. My hips, lower back and bottom are so achy 😣

It could be signs of the baby moving down or it could also be pelvic girdle pain (which can be awful). With my first, the early signs were back ache (we were back to back so my contractions were all in my back). Hopefully its all signs youre not too far away 🤞🏼
