What do you consider oversupply or undersupply when breastfeeding/pumping?

You see so many people on social media with huge amounts of supply but what’s realistic? And how long did your supply last like that? I know everyone is different.

I fluctuate so much and my baby’s needs change daily/weekly… some weeks I’m pumping bottles worth of milk after a full breast feeding session and others my baby is frustrated cause my boobs don’t have enough in them.

I consider under supply to be under what my baby needs (eg pulling from the freezer bank) vs oversupply to be more than what he needs (and I am freezing some for the bank).

Stress already affects supply so much so just do what you can and DRINK SO MUCH WATER. Seriously, that has way more of an impact than I ever thought it would
