He’s here

I’m a bit late in posting but have been enjoying our newborn bubble/battling exhaustion.

Our son Harry was born on 29th May via elective c-section so no longer a June baby. After a complicated pregnancy, I’m very pleased that his birth was straight forward this time. I did get really nervous and upset before going in due to previous birth trauma with my first born but the team were brilliant with me.

So first born was a really easy pregnancy with traumatic birth and this time I got the complicated pregnancy (premature rupture of membranes at 26 weeks followed by gestational diabetes and weekly monitoring) but a much more straight forward birth.

His big brother has been amazing with him so far. It’s making me so proud.
