Pink eye

Help ! Took my son (2 yrs old) to urgent care due to a pink eye , they did not give us any eye drops or anything and I feel so bad seeing him like this
Any tips or home remedies any moms can help with ? It’s not bugging him not any bugger or cluster just top eye lid is swollen from one night to another
