Leg movement

Aa I’m currently feeding, he is moving his right leg up and down..just the right leg.. he’s been doing it a lot more .. when I sit him in the swing chair thing he starts with his leg up and down and it’s just the right side.. should I be concerned ? ( I haven’t checked with his pediatrician)
