My son 8 today . He has a hard time at school. We have IXL for him . ABC duelingo or water it’s spelled and read.com app .
IXL I use for my kids to learn the lesson they want to learn. My youngest likes history it seems and he does math problems.

He still at a kindergarten level and to be honest I don’t understand autism. He been behind his entire life and we got him into therapy in Georgia but than things changed here in Kentucky. It’s like night and day. In Georgia he was excelling and reaching milestone with help and he even graduated speech and physical and occupational therapy but than we moved here and he fell behind again. He was diagnosed with at 7 and went back to physical and occupational and after being told he doing great academically all these year was told last year he is way behind . I wish I had known earlier to help more but I was also very sick in 2024 and am still recovering. So I know I failed him this school year due to his recent diagnosis and me trying to heal.

Has anyone brought in a tutor for their kids? He needs one on on direction and won’t ask for help and he forget what he learn so repetition is key for him learning and I thought since I work maybe bringing in a regular tutor an hour a day would help ? My mother is with him all summer but she wouldn’t know how to help him. He is wants to read but he get letter wrong at time bpnhmq and he add letter in sometimes when he tries to read.

I don’t know if this is the right course or not. He talks more now and he is a bit hyper and loses focus a lot. I know they wanted to put him as ADHD when he got diagnosed but I don’t think he is. Yea he hyper but he not as hyper as a classmate of mine that had it . Great person full of energy and I personally loved it. Love my son energy . That part we all admire about him to be honest that plus he pretty smart and has quick comeback. He so quick to insult you back that it’s hilarious.
