My little girl is nearly 5 months old and I’m finding myself going down an Instagram rabbit hole watching reels about activities and sensory play, but there’s so much information that I’m ending up more confused than inspired! 😂
I’d love to know what a typical day looks like for you and your little one. What do you do during wake windows? (Also curious about when you start the day and end the day! - trying to get bedtime earlier but just not working - currently 8.30pm ish…)
Are there any toys, activities, classes or simple things around the house that your baby absolutely loves?
Sometimes I feel like we’re just winging it between feeds, naps, tummy time, walks and chatting/singing, so it would be lovely to hear what everyone else is doing! 😊 Thank you 🩷

I tend to go to a local baby group in the first wake window however that does vary and I too am completely winging it. I try to do a musical wake window at least once a day with wooden instruments and lots of singing and make the rest up as I go along 😅
