Girls i need honest opinions here. So ive been living in my unit since mid march. I have a lady in her -20/30s, we have spoken a few times. And last time I seen her she told me she was going to stay with her friend for a few days.... I know she has a little kitty 😺 and she did pop back in late like 4 days after she said she was going away but I havnt seen her since! Like im stressing she is dead or something idk 😩 i dont wanna call the cops for a welfare check and be "ThAt NeIgHbOuR" cause that's weird asf but like why is she still not back 🤣😩😩
I think im just a stress head honestly

Maybe go knock on her door just in case and see. I assume you don’t have her number?

I don’t know… Lol would you rather be THAT neighbor that called for nothing, or rather be the neighbor that noticed there was something wrong? 😅

People have automatic feeders, cameras, etc. She could have the cat in a boarding place or with her. Surely you’re not watching her door 24/7

We have all of our feeders & waterers designed to last a full week if necessary for our cats & chickens, we’ve never been away from them longer than a weekend, leave Friday evening, back Sunday afternoon, but it’s our way of playing it safe if something happens.
People have automatic self cleaning litter boxes, cameras, auto feeders, waterers etc. heck, when I was a kid(80’s)my cat wouldn’t drink from a bowl, dad fixed the faucet to drip when we left so he hopefully wouldn’t turn the handle too much when we were gone & had no one around to turn it off, he also used the toilet instead of his litter box for peeing & could open the sliding glass door, that only had a wedge lock, himself to go outside & poop, he didn’t like litter boxes, so eventually we got rid of it. We’d go to dinner at my great aunt’s & have to go around the house flushing toilets, turning off sinks & shut the back door that could open a couple inches, basically enough for a cat but not a small child to get through.
