Teething at 4.5 months?!
First time mum but I think our little girl is teething. Last few days quite unsettled particularly around nap times with fingers in her mouth on her bottom left gums. Constantly putting everything in her mouth and drooling, no temp but runnier poo than previous.
Any tips?

My little boy got 2 teeth within days of turning 4 months. Anbesol liquid is amazing but is for 5 months +. Cooling teethers, gel and teething powder are all worth a go for now. If really bad then calpol.
Babies do start to drool more at this age to get ready for weaning and digesting solids at 6m. So although it might be teething, it might also not be. My son was more dribbly from that age but didn’t get teeth until 11m ☺️ he never seemed in pain though
Mine always had teething poos. He had his 2 bottom teeth at 5 months.
