Mental health nurse visit
Hello I have a perinatal mental health nurse tomorrow coming to my house tomorrow to assess me for help
Can anyone tell me what I can expect and what questions they might ask?

It might be totally different but my visits were them starting by asking simply how things were. They then might have some questions about how you feel your bond with baby is and they have some forms to fill out with multiple choice questions. The forms seem a bit brutal with the way some questions are worded but I will say do not try to sugar coat things, be as honest as you need to be as if they think you're just having some bad days they will not take you on. I have had 2 assessments and they've took me onto their caseload now and I'm under their psychologist and I've had my assessment with her and it was the deepest anyone has ever delved so I'm hoping it helps.
