Hi all. I’m expecting baby number 2 and my toddler will be 2years 8 months when baby arrives.
I’m looking for any advice or items you found helpful with a newborn and a toddler. Things to make life easier etc
Absolutely any help is greatly appreciated as I’m so anxious at the moment about everything!

I don’t really have any suggestions for items. Maybe toys that could entertain/involve them both like an interactive floor mat?
I will say try to involve your toddler as much as possible. Explain everything, have them get diapers, wipes, toys, help sing songs, show them how to feed. My daughter was 16 months when my son was born. I gave her full access to him so she didn’t feel like she had to be “too careful” or that she could be near him at all. I let them play on the floor from day one, let her be in his face, show him her toys, let her feed him when he started purées, everything. I believe this played a role in how close they are now. I hope this helps some
