Baby sleep

My little girl is 9 months old now and has never been a good sleeper. She is now going through a phase of getting up at 4 am every morning and I try keeping things dark and boring but she is so awake for the day.
She goes to bed around 7pm. Has 2 naps a day. 1 nap - 1hr20 ish, 2 nap - 30 mins ish.
She is a childminders in the day so I can’t control her naps but I wish she would sleep in abit more but feel like I’m just banging my head against a brick wall. Any one else experience and was it ever resolved?

Try push her bedtime back 15mins a day till its about 7.30 8pm. Maybe she's getting a full battery so 4am comes and she's wide awake

She’s likely had enough sleep by 4am and therefore sleep pressure is very low and she wakes. 7pm despite what the western world tries to push is a very early bedtime x

When is too early for my ex partner to have my daughter overnight

Me and my ex broke up three weeks ago and he’s already asking to have her overnight. She is 8 months formula fed and semi co-sleeping

Since birth she has been very much dependent on me and breast fed for the first 3 months
Any advice?

Quickies! When?! How?! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Would you/ do you ever have a quickie while baby is awake but safely near by and occupied? Like for example they are in bouncer happily playing and you and hubby have quickie on couch? Discreetly obviously! Or do you only when baby is asleep?

We co sleep and contact nap, so when trying to put her down in bassinet asleep to get a quickie in she keeps waking up! But idk I feel is it weird if she’s in room but awake? Again safely and happily occupied, and not making it obvious.

Whinging

I feel guilty for asking this but is anyone’s 4/5 month old just constantly unsettled? Don’t get me wrong, we will have periods of the day where he is happy, giggling and playing but he gets bored so quick and is so hard to settle once he starts crying. He does like a whinge all the time, not fully crying but just moaning. Feel like pulling my hair out at the minute, it’s so over stimulating xx

Baby sleep/napping

Our 5 week olds sleeping just weird. When she wakes up in the morning she will be awake for hours (7am-11isham) and then sleep for about 2 hours, feed, then go straight back to sleep for another 2 hours. Then once she’s up early evening, she literally stays awake for hours. As I’m writing this she’s been awake from about 4.15pm and it’s now 9.20pm and is wide awake. Our first slept a lot more than this and had the shorter wake windows you would expect.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar? It’s very strange

2 month old fussing at the boob in the evenings

My 2 month old daughter started out being purely just breast fed, but when she was 3 weeks old her weight wasn’t increasing enough so they told me to give formula as a top up. I’ve literally been strict as to 1 bottle of formula a day and the rest just breastfed but come the evenings she is so fussy at the boob and pulls off a lot then cries… I’m scared she’s getting to used to a bottle! Is anyone else in this situation? Is it because I’m not producing enough? 😭
