Express breast feeding
Is anyone else express breast feeding along with formula feeding? I’m pumping 4/5 times a day but my left boob is giving hardly anything then my left I’m getting an ounce one time then barely anything the rest. Is there anything I can do to produce more milk?

Similar for me, although I breastfeed and offer formula mixed with expressed breast milk at night (for when my husband is on feeding duties) I still have the same issue. My left breast will produce 60ml minimum on a 10-15min session and the right one only 30-40ml over the same period of time. Apparently it’s called “slacker boob” and it’s normal, it fixes itself with time once your milk production is stablished (it can also stay like that forever as it’s not necessarily bad). I still offer my “slacker boob” and he transfers milk well, he just seems to work harder on that breast. My midwife/ infant feeding specialist says it’s completely normal.
