8mo not sitting up

Hi, my 8 months old boy is not able to sit independently. He’s rolling both ways, attempting to crawls but every time I sit him up, he falls sideways. Any recommendations? I’ve got a phone gp appointment today so I’ll definitely mention that as well.

My daughters the same, ive kinda figured out that she can do it but gets too excited about her new point of view and trying to grab stuff that she loses balance 🤣

Mine is also still wobbly, but I see tiny improvement day by day so not that worried.

My baby that’s is almost 2 didn’t sit up until later and we found that the exersaucer was the best tool to help that sitting and building core strength
