If so, do they have a hard time going to bed at night?

Mine is because she’s at an at-home daycare and they rest for two hours 😵💫 so weekdays it takes an hour to get her to sleep, sometimes longer - and it’s usually by 9:30 but sometimes 10! She does not ever nap if she’s home with us and hasn’t for a year now..it’s just at the daycare. But it’s clearly too long. I’m excited for her to start pre-k because they rest for 30 mins. What’s your situation like?

Yes! In school(he was in prek-3 this past year & starts prek-4 in august) they nap for an hour. So Saturday & Sunday I try to maintain that if we are home and bedtime is 7-730. If we are not home I dont force it and bedtime is 630-7pm.

For the first half of the school year(Aug 2025-Dec) we started BT by 6pm & he was asleep by 630....he would wake up around 6/615am and get ready for school. After Xmas break we pushed BT and started around 630 so he's asleep by 7/715pm. If there's school I'll wake him at 6ish...if there isn't he'll be up by 730-8am.

Wow! He gets amazing sleep!!!
My daughters school has two sessions of morning & afternoon class, I was in my first trimester when she started so i definitely couldn’t get up that early & get her breakfast & be on time for school so will probably do afternoon classes again but what time should I do bedtime since no naps will be happening?
