Child support through DCSS
Is there anyone who filed Child support through DCSS? When did you start getting payments? When you filed it or once it was finalized?
Just wondering if I should file it with them or just file it myself along with my existing case. My lawyer told me it'll take months with DCSS but I don't want to spend any money on a lawyer for CS since I feel like I have options to do it for low/no costs

I filed, had to do an opening interview, and then it took 4-6 weeks to recieve payments. I already had the court order for the amount.
