Does anyone else struggle with exercising at 10 months postpartum and dealing with depression too ? I’ve been unmotivated to exercise and I really want to. I know some women workout immediately after they have a baby. If anyone could share workouts or anything I could do to help me with this❤️❤️

follow your body and your mind ❤️ if you don't want to work out that's totally ok, and if you do then start small, like a walk or a little YouTube workout routine but don't beat yourself up about this! Mums have a hard enough time as it is, you don't need to be doing everything you think everyone else is doing because 9tikes out of 10 they're not either. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
