Failed induction

Has anyone ever had a failed induction?

I was admitted and the balloon was put in last night it fell out about an hour ago they have checked me over and said it probably just wants in correctly as it’s not done what it was supposed to.

I’m waiting on drs deciding next move, has anyone experienced similar?

I had a failed induction in 2023, after 3 methods and my cervix not changing, not even being 1cm dilated and baby then having reduced movements that morning I had a category 3 emergency c section.
