Shoe size

Hey, this is a little random post.

We go away ✈️ in August and I'm trying to buy shoes ready for my son, he'll be a week before 15 months old.

He currently fits a size 3, with a little grow room by the toes.

I can't remember what size my older boys were at the same age 🤣 and I know all kids are different anyways.

What size are your little ones currently?

Thanks 😊

Currently a size 4 with quite a bit of growing room, but 3.5 is too small on 1 foot. If I was buying shoes for a holiday in August I'd probably get mine a 4.5 because he's just gone up to a 4, otherwise I'd maybe go up a whole size. But definitely hard to guess isn't it!

If you are going somewhere hot, his feet might swell a little with the heat, so you might be better off sizing up. We have found though that sizes are WILDLY different between brands. She's about to grow out of size 3 George at Asda, but is still too small for a couple of other size 3s we have waiting for her!

Breastfeeding/feeding advice

It’s soooo difficult!!
I am trying my hardest to breastfeed, I’m only on day 6 and I know I shouldn’t beat myself up, but we just stayed in the hospital for 2 days as he had lost too much weight. Started giving breast and formula. I keep getting conflicting advice from midwife’s and nurses on what to do. I want to bf, but I also want to make sure he’s fed.
But then I get told if I give formula my supply will go. It’s only been 6 days and I just want him to be healthy but constantly worrying he’s not getting any milk from me.

I’ve also been told to not pump as this will lessen my supply too.

Velcro baby temperament

Baby is 2 months old tomorrow and I know she’s still so young and brand new to the world. She’s super sensitive due to her tummy issues so she’s always been a high needs, contact napping, constant holding/rocking/soothing, and co-sleeping baby. I’m a FTM and can’t handle letting her CIO. I love her so much but my back, shoulders, and neck are messed up from always holding her and having to rock her. Did anyone else w a baby w a temperament similar to my daughter’s grow out of it? Or did they grow up to be very sensitive toddlers as well?

Also, anyone have any experience w the Moonboon?

Breast Feeding

When I was younger, my mom used to explain to me that she didn’t breast-feed because her breasts were really big in this new generation. Is that a thing?
I currently wear a 36 triple D or 36E and I just wanna make sure when I do start breast-feeding that I won’t smother my baby with my breast

This is mostly for moms with teenagers. When you go to talk to your teenager at home or even in the car and they are scrolling on their phone. Do they look up? Yes? Or do they scrolling?

My daughter is really attached to her phone. I I will sometimes come in her room and ask her a question or talk to her and I do give her space but sometimes I need to ask her a question or talk to her and then I say can you please put your phone down and look up at me. It's like I have to keep repeating myself and sometimes she doesn't look up. Sometimes she'll keep scrolling and it's really frustrating and I'm just curious if anybody else deals with the same thing.
