Seriously, has anyone found anything that eases this pain? Ive tried sitting in the bath, im wearing a belly support band as I type this, pillow between the legs, etc I also have a yoga ball.
Its so sharp and comes out of nowhere, and it's getting to the point now where its preventing me from going out and about.
Im 31 weeks pregnant and up until now ive been so fortunate with my pregnancy. It's making me miserable 😪

Have you tried puppy pose with your bum/ pelvis is up in the air and lying forward on your arms. You can use a pillow to lie on for more comfort. It might help shift baby up in the uterus a bit and be less likely to be pressing on a nerve that causes lightening crotch?
Also swimming right now is amazing! We just got back from holiday and I felt incredible in the pool - even if you just drift around and don’t swim it just takes so much pressure off x
