Baby rash
I’ve just seen this rash on my baby’s chest he is 6 weeks old. He also has similar on his cheeks and jaw I thought it was baby acne.
He’s currently really fussy and crying putting it down to the 6-8 regression. He’s being treated for silent reflux he also had constipation so doctors told us to change his formula.
Could the rash indicate cmpa??

My baby had a rash that I got told was baby rash and would go and it didn't,do you notice if it gets worse when feeding as my little girls was there all the time but got really red when feeding,I went to the doctors gotbtold reflux but I kept pushing abiht this rash we are now on aptamil pepti 1 and waiting to see a peadtrician for suspected cmpa
Hi, I will start off by saying I would get all rashes checked by professional, gp / health visitor and also do the glass test on it for meningitis. That being said my baby has had rashes just like this for different reasons, once was a dribble rash from constantly spitting up formula (he has now been diagnosed with CMPA) and the second time it was the beginning of eczema. Both times I had him checked out by gp because better safe than sorry
