depending on your genetics your body will prioritize fat loss in different areas. Some people lose stomach fat first, some lose from other areas. For women, our bodies prioritize stomach fat retention more than men so if you want to lose a significant amount of stomach fat you’ll need to lose a lot of weight in general through calorie counting. Weight lifting with adequate protein intake will ensure you’re losing weight from fat rather than muscle so I recommend that highly.
