Fussy baby, bottle aversion

Looking for some advice. My LO has had a rough start suspected CMPA, formula change to refusal of formula, to then be told its just reflux and formula change again. Started on gaviscon not done anything to help, omeprazole helped until it didnt so we trialed a wean off this and they was doing great. Started again last night as symptoms returned and unhappiness, However was extremely fussy with feeds, they was on tommee tippee bottles, switched to mam and have got on so far well until this past week. Extremely fussy at feeding times starting to cry when getting into position with feeding, then crying whilst feeding but eventually feeding. Today has been horrendous every time I have attempted feeding instant tears, refusing the bottle I have waited over 2 and half hours eat time to try, have taken bottle away and tried again 15 minutes later and still the same. I had to syringe feed earlier to make sure he was actually having something he is 14 weeks old and has been a high needs baby since birth. We are having extremely short windows of happiness, the rest he is miserable and crying. Im miserable myself because it just seems whatever im doing isnt good enough and I cant even help my baby has anyone been through similar with theirs or can offer any advice for bottle aversion or when my little one will actually be a happy baby again as my heart is breaking 💔

As well as syringe you can also use a spoon or little medicine cup! Which formula is he on atm? Which ones did you try?

He was going to try aptamil pepti but the dr said they didnt suspect cmpa anymore. We was referred to paediatric dietician end of April and still waiting for any input or to be seen
