I found the calpol plug ins really strong! My only recommendation would be a humidifier! It was a game changer for us when my little one has a cold!

We love the plug ins - can be a bit intense but I'd suggest plugging it in for a bit and then turning off mid say through the night but we do still really like it and recommend it, it can just be a bit intense

We use saline spray, plug ins and snuffle baby vapour rub on back, chest and feet.
Can not remember the reasoning for the soles of the feet but is meant to help.
