Hey everyone. I need to vent a little bit and maybe just advice. My husband went out last night and didn’t come home until the morning. Of course i spoke up and ultimately asked for a divorce because i just don’t see us getting past this. Well recently i was accepted into the nursing program and its a 12 month program. I work remotely and a flexible job. They are willing to let me go to class my two days a week and make up the hours on other days since we can work at anytime. I am also 6 months postpartum and we have a 6 year old who is autistic. I’m just extremely tired. I do not have any family or huge support system. The only time i get a break is if my husband keeps them or when school is in session. I guess what I am asking is should I stick it out until i finish my lpn program or should I leave/follow through with divorce. This is not the only thing we have been through we have been together since 18. I am 26. But I am just so over it and ready to go.

I think asking strangers for advice on whether to get a divorce or not with so little background information is very dangerous. For a start, you haven't actually given the reason he was out all night? Was he unfaithful, or he is also in total overwhelm?
6 months pp is not a great time to make major life decisions. It can be overwhelming for most people and it sounds like you have a lot on your plate. If you feel 'sticking it out' is even an option, I would be looking at other ways to resolve this first besides divorce. (...and that's just my POV based on very little info here...)

I know it never works like it should, but I personally chose to separate & stay under the same roof for a while. I stupidly took him back, only to repeat the same process, but it sounds like you’ve already done that a few times anyway, but sharing rent/mortgage is much easier while in school & it’ll probably take time to find a decent place to live, move & get a roommate if necessary. You could still start the divorce process if he agrees to all this.
