Still bleeding 7 weeks pp

It could honestly be totally normal everyone’s body’s heal in different ways and at different times but i hope you don’t mind me asking, do you know if your placenta was whole? I only ask because bleeding longer can sometimes mean that a small piece of placenta has been left behind in which case your body is still trying to push it out hence the on and off bleeding. I’m not a doctor but i had placenta left behind and that’s one of the symptoms i was told to look out for. I hope this helps💗

I had one random day of bleeding at 7.5 weeks pp after lochia stopped around the end of week 3. I’m too EBF and didn’t get my period for almost 9 months last time.

I had a mummy MOT the day after and she said sometimes if you do too much etc you’re not quite healed inside and it can cause a brief return of bleeding.

As long as it isn’t heavy and you feel well in yourself I wouldn’t be too concerned but if it continues on then worth just getting it checked x
