I woke up this morning to a period after a 7 month streak… I was cautiously optimistic… I had begun to look at October like a finish line … I mean, 7 months! I’m so disappointed …. Resetting the calendar sucks :/

Starting HRT

Hi ladies
I’m 45 and have been prescribed HRT today 🙂
Can I just ask - do I “just start” applying the patches tomorrow - or do I have to wait for my period or something?

Perimenopause? TMI

Hi. I’m about to be 37 yrs old and I’m pretty sure I’m in perimenopause. Possibly for 1-2 yrs now.
Reason I think this: after I get off during sex and sometimes it’s a few times, after IM done my vagina dries up and becomes tight.
Yes I know about lube but even with lube it still is like my vagina is tightening up.
I’ve talked to my doctor and she says she never heard nothing like this and also recommended lube.

I’m just stumped. I’ve had the same partner the entire time.
This really didn’t start until after I gave birth in 2022 although I don’t remember the onset date.

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Period rage!

Every single time I get my period lately I get so mf irritated and angry at literally every little thing 😩 I feel so mean and I hate it so much. It makes me want to scream and run away every time. Idk how to cope. Does anyone else get like this?? Or am I insane?
