Nappy rash

LO started nursery 2 weeks ago. The past week she’s caught a tummy bug and has had constant diarrhoea. Because of this she’s now got an awful nappy rash, she cries every time she goes and when I change her.
I am using timodine, sudo, wiping w water/cotton wool & leaving the nappy off. It is not clearing up 😭 any advice?
She also goes back to nursery tomorrow just worried she’ll be really sore

Try washing with water only as you are doing then apply some olive oil instead of the cream and let air dry for a bit. For me it was working very well

We had the same when our little one started nursery, we used calendula cream after every change gave it in a minute to absorb and applied sudocrem as a barrier on top. Sudosalve also very good for treating nappy rash :) Hope that helps!

Trying to wash with water and then applying Bepanthen is really great for nappy rash. My little one had a terrible rash and it’s the only thing that’s cleared it within a week
