Tips on Introducing Bottle Feeding

My baby is 4 weeks old, and EBF. I’m keen to introduce a bottle, with expressed milk to give me some freedom/flexibility down the line.
For the last 3 days I’ve expressed instead of one feed, and my partner has given this milk in a bottle instead. Minor reluctance, but generally it has gone well and the baby has finished the milk each time.
I plan to continue this once/day but not to try to build any kind of stock until at least 8weeks, to protect the balance of my supply.
Have any of you done similar before and it has/hasn’t worked?
Does anyone have any tips/learnt anything that I should I know?

I have been doing this from 6 weeks and now he has bottle's all the time as his latch was never great I've had no issues just need to burp him after every Oz or so

Did exactly this and it worked! I'm now 13m post, he feeds in the night and I have about 20oz left in the freezer. Although he stopped taking from a bottle when he realised how good food was at around 11 months.

Intimacy at 36 weeks

Are people still managing to have sex? The last few times we’ve had sex I’ve felt so much pressure down below that I’ve genuinely feared that I might go into labour. Wondering if it might be time to stop until baby is here? 🤷‍♀️

Overhang!

I’m 11 weeks postpartum and now have an overhanging stomach. What did people do to get rid of this?

I hate it! It gets sweaty and can smell - I’m washing the area so many times a day 😢

Breastfeeding/feeding advice

It’s soooo difficult!!
I am trying my hardest to breastfeed, I’m only on day 6 and I know I shouldn’t beat myself up, but we just stayed in the hospital for 2 days as he had lost too much weight. Started giving breast and formula. I keep getting conflicting advice from midwife’s and nurses on what to do. I want to bf, but I also want to make sure he’s fed.
But then I get told if I give formula my supply will go. It’s only been 6 days and I just want him to be healthy but constantly worrying he’s not getting any milk from me.

I’ve also been told to not pump as this will lessen my supply too.

Breastfeeding struggles

Anyone else feeling absolutely defeated with breastfeeding! My boy was born with a tongue tie, took 2 weeks too get it sorted, felt like we had latches sorted for maybe 2 days, then I got a bleb on one nipple, that's been excruciating and it's now burst and I don't feel like my son is latching right or it's just so painful it feels that way. Mostly feeding him from my left side so that's becoming sore now from being the main source of food and I also feel I'm not producing enough milk as he's always hungry once he's stopped feeding, after 2.5 weeks exclusively breastfeeding I had to give up and give him a bottle of formula to give myself a break. I've not been expressing because it's been too painful just to feed nevermind using a pump too and I just feel absolutely defeated after trying so hard to have to probably supplement with formula now as I have no supply pumped for him! I know it seems daft cause it's only formula but my first struggled with breastfeeding and was on bottles before we even left the hospital, I really wanted it to work this time and I feel like I'm failing 😭

Breast Feeding

When I was younger, my mom used to explain to me that she didn’t breast-feed because her breasts were really big in this new generation. Is that a thing?
I currently wear a 36 triple D or 36E and I just wanna make sure when I do start breast-feeding that I won’t smother my baby with my breast
