Hi I’m Sky! I marked as sensitive cause I’m mentioning my weight. I have an (almost) 3 year old. I have been on my weight loss journey (consistently now) for about 3 months. A year ago I was 230 lbs one year after having my son. I started consistently working out and eating healthy 3 months ago at 217 pounds, and I’m now 178. The problem is I’m struggling to keep the motivation to keep going to the gym lately. I had a pretty bad week only going 3 days out of the week and doing less than I usually do. I’m looking for someone to help me stay consistent and possibly make friends? I’m a stay at home mom with literally 0 friends and anyone to talk to about fitness/health journey, besides my husband. Hi Sky! Way to go girl! Ive bought the membership over 2 months ago and have only gone 5 times maybe. 😣 My goal is to go three days a week as I feel it may be more feasible. Definitely not someone that would be motivational but if I find the motivation to get my butt into gear I will message you!
