I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding my 4 month old since she was born. I used to love breastfeeding her but now I feel like it’s starting to affect me mentally, everything I do is based around her feeding and I can’t leave her with anyone because she still feeds every 2 hours. I really want to stop breastfeeding but she will not take a bottle. I’ve tried 6 different brands of bottles, I’ve tried freshly pumped milk and formula and she still won’t take it, mg partner has tried giving it to her and she just pushes the teat out with her tongue. I don’t know what to do anymore😭

I had a similar problem with my new born when he would take a bottle and not the breast. What worked for us was giving him some bottle to fill his belly a bit, then he wasn't so upset trying to practice on breast. He quickly learned. Have you tries lots of different positions with the bottle, as breastfeeding baby is usually paying on side so perhaps laying on back and receiving the bottle is confusing. And have some faith that she is protesting however she will drink eventually xx
