Speech issues or behind?

My LG turned 3 last week, I wouldnt say her speech is brilliant or more or less similar to other kids her age, some times I cant understand her, single words she's clear with, she can say some sentences not a lot and again good and clear, when I ask her question she tends to repeat the question but not answer, like how was nursery today did you have fun? Or what's the matter? She doesnt answer yes she's just learnt no (and I hate that word) she understand a lot i ask but on the other hand the main part of communication she lacks, shes on the waiting list for first steps to communications and her nursery have mentioned her copying words rather then responding but have also said her behaviour can be bad when asked to do something or following instructions, ive been feeling bit down and as much I see just a typical 3 yr old yes she a pain at time and tests my patience but shes clever thoughtful and funny, I dont see anything out the norm except her speech and understanding.
Im I just being nieve cos im her mum or does she seem behind?
Anyone elses 3yr like this?

Car seat help!! 🙏🙏

(Please ignore the messy car)
We had this car seat fitted yesterday by Halfords but the seat belt is in the way of putting my baby in. The guy who fitted it said it has to be like this so it’s diagonal in the back but I can’t put my baby in from the outside I have to go inside the car and buckle her in.
There must be another way 😩 or some trick to fix the seat belt down easily, put baby in, then put it back out? I need to sort this out asap because she already hates the car seat and she’s especially annoyed at it after daycare so I can’t make it worse 🥲

Having to take baby everywhere

Do people take their babies with them to hairdressing appointments ? I’m desperate to get my hair done but my 4.5 month old is literally glued to me 🤣 she feeds every 2 hours so I can’t really leave her with any yet !

Breastfeeding

Just wondering how often everyone is breastfeeding? My 8 day old is on the boob all the time and several people have suggested a dummy. I’m not anti getting him one but not sure if I’m just giving in too soon and it’s normal for him to be feeding often at this stage. He’s definitely not only eating once every 3 hours!

Naps

How do you put your baby to sleep for a nap? I’m losing my sanity it’s getting so hard and he’s always been sleeping on me

What would you do?

So I've just seen a profile on here of a mum who commented on a post and being nosy as I am I just clicked on her photo and can't stop thinking that her son has a lot of features of a baby with Sanfilippo syndrome.
I have never spoken to her or matched or anything.
Would you tell her? Just in case she doesn't know or hasn't heard of this?
If you were her, would you like to know?

Ease my mind please 🥺😭

I'm lactose intolerant, it's gotten more mild as an adult (next day I live on the toilet with a belly ache, it's not an allergy but an intolerance so can be quite painful and was horrible as a child)

My sweet girl is 2 weeks and 6 days old, I was changing her nappy and found a small amount of coffee ground blood. Straight away it reminded me of the struggles my mum had with me and how she was so scared of the blood in the nappy she took me to A&E.

I've called our doctor and booked an appointment but I'm just having a horrible day mentally with it. I hope she doesn't have it as it's not nice to live with and it causes so much discomfort especially her being so small 🥺

She spits up a lot, she can poo 4-5 times an hour, she gets visibility uncomfortable when she's gassy and once she's relieved, she's so much more happy.

Has anyone else got a baby with cmpa? Any advice as I'm almost certain this is what it is, I just need my doctor to confirm 🥺
