30 hours funded whilst on mat leave

Might be a stupid question but does anyone know if I would still be entitled to the 30 hours funded nursery hours for my 2 year old if I went on mat leave with a second baby? (Not pregnant yet just thinking ahead) if I got pregnant in the next couple months, he would be nearly 3 when the new baby would be due?
