Breast pump question

I’m a first time mom and I just got my breast pumps. One of my breast is bigger than the other (including my nipple), should I use a different flang size for that breast or the same as the other one?

Hey mama ♥️ former exclusive pumper here!! I would size each nipple and use whatever size you measure out too!! It’s 10000% normal to be different sizes and for those sizes to change often. I would re-measure once a month to ensure your sizing is still the same and if its changed you can adjust!

My lactation consultant helped me measure out my flanges. And even helped me aquire it and where to aquire new ones..

Two week old naps

First time mum and my newborn is 13 days old, and has been fighting day time naps. Today being the worst. Fed, nappy’s and cuddles and nothing seems to settle him. Does anyone have any tips??

Crying in sleep
