Another baby

A quick question to you all, did you feel ready to have another baby? Months ago I was a no to having another one, but the more I look back at baby videos of my daughter, I feel like I’d love to relive that stage (mentally prepared this time lol!)

Mums who have 2 children or expecting, what’s it like? Is it hard? The one thing that is stopping me is that I don’t want my daughter to feel ‘left out’ (which would never happen).

My Jan baby is my second. I got pregnant when my daughter was 19 months so they have a 2year 4 months age gap.

I feel the jump from 0-1 vs 1-2 is more of an adjustment because when the second comes you’re already a mum and have adjusted your lifestyle.

They’re the best of friends and obsessed with each other and the best gift we could of given to each other ❤️

Pregnancy with a toddler running around is challenging 😅 but you get through it.

We were lucky that my daughter was fully potty trained, had dropped naps, sleeping well and had a lot of independence by the time our Jan baby was here so I think this made it less challenging too. For example we taught her to climb in the car seat, could go up and down stairs, get involved with passing nappies etc so didn’t feel left out

Is this a positive pregnancy test?

I have taken a pregnancy test and not sure if I it is positive as it is a very faint line. My period is due any day now so if I am it would be very early

Love for an adopted child

I want to start by saying this post is purely hypothetical and meant to be thought provoking. I’d like everyone to please be respectful and not argue or attack anyone for their opinions.

I was curious about the topic because I’ve always thought that one day I might want to adopt a child. I have a lot of love in my heart to give and would love to offer that love to a child in need. As of now I have no plans to make this a reality though, and I have a child who I gave birth to.

I constantly find myself looking at my child with so much love and adoration and thinking “god you’re so perfect I can’t believe I made you” which made me wonder…..could I feel this same type of love for a child I’ve adopted?

This leads to my question. Do you think you have it in you to equally love an adopted child the same way you’d love your other child you birthed?

Clear blue digital, is it a false result?

Has anyone had a false result with a clear blue digital test?

I took one on the first day of my missed period and it said pregnant 1-2 weeks but then started bleeding for 2 days, 4 days after this.

Aware of chemical pregnancies, but just wondered if anyone had ever experienced a false positive result? Thanks

GBS POSITIVE? 😭 Wanting to stay home for 5-1-1 but now I can’t?

Hey Mommas! I am a new mom, 37 weeks and 5 days. I tested positive for GBS. My plan was to labor at home until 5-1-1 but now they are saying that I must come in after my water breaks within 2 hours. I understand that I have to get the antibiotic etc. but would love to hear more experiences.

Any mommas that could share their positive birth stories or natural stories on how you were able to still cultivate the environment you wanted, how early you went in, how was baby and how penicillin affected your L&D?

What's the likelihood of a chemical

Im 13 dpo i have a short cycle. My period is due to start tomorrow or the next day. With the last test tonight being that strong whats the likelihood of this ending up being a chemical? My last chemical i remember the tests being much lighter at this stage.... what are other people's experiences with this xx

False positive or false negative? The clearly positive test was yesterday and the negative one was today, I don’t know what to do or believe anymore!😔
