2 under 2

I’ve just found out I’m pregnant, completely unplanned!!! My daughter is 16 months old in 5 days and this baby would be due Feb 2027. I really don’t know what to do as I didn’t see myself as a 2 under 2 mum! Can anyone share their experiences please?

Not quite 2 under 2 but I had my second when my eldest had just turned 2. I’m not going to lie to you and say it’s easy but if you can get through the first year they develop this connection that is incredible! My eldest is now 3 and youngest is 16 months on the 28th and they love each other so much and can play together now which is incredible to see and I only imagine they will get closer as they both grow. 💕

I don’t calculate this as being 2 under 2! Correct me if I’m wrong but your oldest will already be 2 by the time baby is born? Or are you like 8 weeks? Even so, this gap is much different than 14/18 months apart. Your 2 year old will be much more independent etc. I had mine 14 months apart and my first was still a literal baby when my second was born. Hardest thing in the world, still hard now in different ways but the first year was wild I don’t really know how I survived it if I’m honest. They love each other so much now but it’s definitely not for the faint hearted

So my husband and I finally announced our third pregnancy to our family.

The reason we waited so long is we had many losses between my oldest son who is four and my current youngest who is eighteen months old. We never thought we would have the privilege of having a third because of our pregnancy journey being fought fear.

I had a leaking SCH for the first several weeks of my pregnancy making me think every time I was loosing the baby. And I still question every symptom but now that we're nearing 14 weeks I feel so much more comfortable with having this baby. Still praying and hoping for my healthy baby boy.

Today I went to my 37 week appointment and I got the infamous cervical check. And I got great news in my opinion at least. I am 3cm dilated and 50% effaced. Now im really going to try to get natural labor started! I do have my induction date set for July the 6th. I want to try anything to get this baby out naturally before any medications come into play. My dr said it herself I’m full term and eligible to try anything to get labor started. So if any of you guys have any advice to get labor started that would be so great honestly! And not to be harsh but I don’t need to be told that it’s not safe to wait it out till I’m 39 weeks none of that pleaseeee. I’m going based off of what my dr said. With that being said does anyone have advice pls I’m in pain and ready for my baby to be here😩🫶🏼

First trimester- Can’t stop eating!

I’m almost 9 weeks pregnant and feel like I’m a bottom less pit, I’m just constantly hungry or just wanting to eat. Is/was anyone else the same at this stage? Some of my clothes are already too tight because I’ve gained wait from eating so much extra. I’m super fatigued 24/7 so wondering if my body is just looking for energy all the time.

What gestation did you have your first / second babies??

I had my first at 38weeks6 days and I’m currently 38 weeks with my second.

What are the chances I’ll have my second earlier than the due date?

I’m so over it and the heat is not helping 🥲🤣
