Lots and lots of crying and isolating myself, taking time off work. I had to pass mine naturally the baby was 10w6d, I wish I had been able to have the surgery to get them out in hindsight although had I been told that in the moment I imagine I would have struggled a lot. It's a lot and you're grieving, it's a process and it's hard, be patient with yourself. Sending you lots of love

I cried. Didn’t leave bed for a few days. Went and got bangs/died my hair.

We had a ceremony and buried the body in a plant in our home. Named the baby Blake.

Got a pendant with everyone’s birthstones in it, including Blake’s. I wear it every day.
