Fever with no other symptoms
So my daughter (2 1/2 years old) started to have a fever last night... 103.8 at highest... went down with ibuprofen... today she's had a dose this morning at 545am... second dose at 220 pm ish... now at 540 pm her temp is 102.8... im a hypochondriac when it comes to health... i have a few ideas on that might be going on.... virus (most common), silent UTI (she has had a issue with hurting while peeing a while back we think it was irritation cause it stopped we think) or silent ear infection... any suggestions on how to keep her safe...

Try a cool bath and lighter clothing after a few hours test her temp again see if that changes anything if not if it's been consecutive days I would ring 111 or equivalent to emergency enquiry you have in your area or alternatively seek help from a GP as not just the temp that would concern me it would be the constant medicine aswell. I rarely take medicine unless I really have to.
If she has no other symptoms besides the fever, I would take her to an urgent care to rule out strep pharyngitis, UTI, or ear infection as all require antibiotics.
