Green in spit up

Hi, my baby has spit up this morning and I noticed it has some green in it. Google said it could be bile or mucus, but I’m just wondering if anyone has had this before? Trying to figure out whether I need to be super concerned or not, as she seems perfectly fine otherwise.

Completely normal x

Might be worth a call to 111 just to be on the safe side as that sounds like it may be bile if its green. Look normal in the picture though but obviously you can see.

Baby gifts what to do when you don't like them?

So I've been given alot of random things for myself and the baby which is very kind. From perinatal massage oil?? To percy pig books and so many soft toys. I don't like percy the pig, I much prefer beautiful illustrations and lovely stories like Peter rabbit of the gruffalo. Equally there are too many soft toys that now take up too much space. Can I get rid of some of this stuff or would the giver ask where is this soft toy?

Air con temperature on holiday

We are going on holiday tomorrow, what temperature should I keep inside our room for baby to sleep comfortably for naps and nighttime ? I mean, we rode out this hell of a week with the heat so I’m sure even 25 degree she will appreciate🤣 last night there were 33 degrees in her room !

Window open

Is okay or no to sleep with the window open at night with my 4 week baby in the room? The room temperature is almost 30 degrees, I can barely breathe 🤦🏻‍♀️

Bad latch with shields

Anyone else using nipple shields? I've been using them for the past week with my 9 day old, midwife recommended them as I have small nipples. However today she kept feeding on and off and getting snoozy then kicking off soon after. Her latch has become really shallow in the last day as she now won't open her mouth to latch, it's like she's forgotten how to do it. So I think she's not been getting enough milk because of this, and that's why she had a meltdown. Gave her expressed milk this eve so she slept for a few hours, but just tried to latch her and she's not playing ball. So looks like it will be a formula night, as I've got no more boob milk. Please, does anyone have any similar experience, or advice?
