I just joined this group because I need people who understand me and what I'm going through. I had a stillbirth in March, my beautiful daughter was born at 37 weeks. We aren't totally sure what happened.
We've since decided to ttc again and it's taking a toll on me especially since our daughter was very much wanted and we were actively trying. I've since gotten my second pp period, but my first cycle was a bit wonky compared to my normal cycles which is of course to be expected.
I'm currently in my second cycle, CD 17. My first cycle was 24 days and so i'm hoping that this cycle lasts longer since my luteal phase was only roughly 8 days. I'm struggling to not get so invested in trying that I get stressed but it's really hard especially hearing stories about secondary infertility and I can't help think she was my one and only baby I'll have.
I need advice on how to encourage my body to regulate, if I can avoid medications I'd prefer to. I've been taking prenatals and other supplements but I feel like my body is working against me, though it's only been two cycles it's hard. I waited 4 months to finally fall pregnant and an extra nine just lose her in a day. I've been waiting my turn so I'm just wondering when I'll get to experience motherhood.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have had two miscarriages and my obgyn told me to wait at least 3 months before trying again to let my body get back to "normal". I wouldn't stress too much about secondary infertility. I think maybe your body just needs a little longer for all the hormones to even out and set back to your "normal".
It took me 11 months to get pregnant which resulted in a loss, another 6 months to get pregnant with my daughter, after her birth we waited a little but once we started trying it took another 8 months to get pregnant which also resulted in a loss, then another 3 months and currently pregnant with a son.
I found the LH strips helpful to track my cycle and ovulation. I also use the premom app to help track everything.

Thankyou i'm sorry for yours too:/ I was using the premom strips for a while but then went back to the clearblue advanced just because it's what I used the first time I conceived.
I'm currently using Tempdrop monitor and the clearblue thing. Its been 3 months already so I'm hoping this is my last "weird" cycle.
