My baby is sick every single time she has a bottle ? Do I need to look to change her milk possibly? First time mum so I have no idea she was 5lb 8 at birth so i know here stomach is only tiny I’m using Kendamil wonder if it’s too rich for her?

is she gaining weight okay? my little boy was like this also on kendamil and he was loosing weight so the doctors put it down to reflux x

Yeah she’s gaining weight her poo is quite runny too so I’m really not sure if it’s working for her she was up every 2 hours last night for a feed too x

Yeah I was thinking the same I’ve been sleeping downstairs all week to try and keep her cool thankfully it looks to have cooled down abit now been a complete nightmare x

Look out for other symptoms, could be reflux or CMPA. Is it forceful sick like projectile vomit? Also what colour is the sick? X

It’s not projectile more dribble like sick if that makes sense it’s usually white if not clear with like white milk residue ? X

My boy is sick every single feed too . I asked gp and Hv they all said it looks like reflux . But because he is gaining a crazy amount of weight weekly ( 400g ) every single week they don’t wanna give him anything.
So i burp him every 5 minutes during the feeding ( EBF ) and i have bought a reflux pillow which is amazing and he love sleeping in it, my night are much better . Its hard but youll get there x

Husband keeps pressuring daughter to be a “good girl”, how can I tell him to stop?

Husband has been really trying to use the “good girl” pressure to make our 3 year old behave, she is a very stubborn little girl and has massive outbursts, but I believe we can manage it without using this pressure.

He’s started getting her to repeat “nice girls get nice things and bad girls get nothing” and it’s starting to make me feel uncomfortable, but I can’t quite put my finger on why.

Anyone have any tips on how to navigate this?

My partner said he doesnt think our daughter will ever speak and I said you cant know that yet

She has a disability but shes only somewhat behind in the sense of physically and yes speech and learning but he said shes "blank" she has no understanding of anything shes just a "blank" child with nothing there n it kind of broke me to be honest. He said she will never be ok and never speak and we dhould just accept it with this one! I see her play, engage with other children, shes so happy, she stacks the big blocks, mega blocks and magnetic tiles, she loves rubbery chew toys n any musical toys and loud ones too, she recognised her favourite tv programme n doesnt play much with other things but now she can walk (delayed due to mobility condition) shes everywhere n climbs n always on the go. She loves sing song n recognises the songs and she doesnt speak no or show much understanding but I think she knows her name but noone else. She doesnt understand anything we say unless its twinkle twinkle little star or row row your boat. I was more hurt that he said it even if it turns out to be true not that it would matter if she didn't as shes still my baby but I'm not thinking about it because shes young and im trying everything to help her, groups, educational toys, physio, private therapies, mixing with children, anything I can

How do you do it, really.

How do you go through a bad night with a toddler of like 4 or 5 hours sleep and then get up at 5/6am and deal with a whole day of making food, playing, tantrums, crying etc? How.
I mean where is the energy? I just seem to cry whenever I haven’t slept and can’t deal with the day after unless my bf is home to help

When did you start back with the 420

Hi!! My baby is three weeks old, and I am strictly breastfeeding so I haven’t started bwck up. But eventually I would like to. I’m just curious when everyone started back up and if you supplemented with formula or continued to breast feed. I’ve been extremely stressed and I’d like to be able to spark up and relax on occasion. Just not sure when it’s the right time or how to properly transfer back to it

Sleep Deprivation

My 12day old sleeps for 3-4hours in the day in her pram, to the point I have to wake her up to feed but come nighttime she doesn't sleep. The last 4 nights it's been sleep time at 4am at the earliest and today she still hasn't slept since 11pm (only 20mins).

She is BF and we have just introduced one bottle of my milk during the night to see if that helps and it hasn't.

I honestly am broken, I am so tired and feel like such a mum failure that I can't meet her needs and settle her.

Please help.
