My pediatrician told for the first year that our baby should have no added salt which I followed very strictly. Now that she's 12 months I was told to minimize salt, but as little added salt as possible is still best.
She always gets jealous of whatever I'm eating which probably has a little salt in it. And it really would be easier to start feeding her more of whatever I made for myself. When did you stop worrying as much about your toddler eating foods that have added salt?

In food like (vegetables, rice and meat) until 1 year old. But I still offer snacks without salt and sugar and he is 2y6m. After he completed 2y he tried some salt and with sugar options, but not is comum offered.
