I’m 38+2 right now and for the past couple days I’ve been getting like hot flashes randomly and then shaking like im cold when im not. I’ve had some (i believe) prodromal labor cramps for 2-3 days, loose stool, kinda disoriented at times (mainly when i have the flashes), and insane pelvic pain/pressure. Anyone else have the same? How do i get it to go away? Besides water lol, i know thats everyone’s go to for a reply 😂

Mirena coil

I had my mirena coil fitted in January this year after that I hadn't had a period for months... now we are coming towards the end of June and ive started to have a period... is this normal

Is everyone’s hormones all over the place at the minute one minute I’m happy as Larry , then the next I’m crying then I’m happy then I’m sad ! Urgh 🤦

Periods

Hi! Has anyone gotten a really light dark color period for only a day or so and it’s gone? This has happened the past two months I’ve gotten my period and that’s odd for me bc I usually have a longer week of my period and it’s heavy normally :/ anyone else experience this?
