Braxton hicks - uncomfortable!

Is anyone else like oh wow this is uncomfortable when you get Braxton hicks. Like I get them once every few days but when I do I’m like… wow! Imagine what contractions are like?! If this is a ‘warm up’. Anyone else? Haha.

Me too! I’ve been shocked that I’ve actually had to breathe through them. With my first I had back labour so didn’t really know what to expect, but these braxton hicks have been something else
