Here to say same!! I lost 40 pounds after giving birth but have been stuck since 😩

Stay in a calorie deficit, if you are breastfeeding don’t go under 1900 calories , drink a gallon of water a day, walk, do YouTube exercises like grow with jo (they are postpartum friendly) do baby weighted workouts you can find on YouTube. I did 75 hard which was really good / hard and I lost 5lbs which is not a lot but I’m breastfeeding which makes it hard to lose weight unfortunately
